made under Section 163 of the
Agriculture and Marketing Act
R.S.N.S. 1989, c. 6
O.I.C. 94-236 (March 16, 1994), N.S. Reg. 48/94

1 The Nova Scotia Agricultural College may, with the approval of the Minister of Agriculture, enter into agreements with any university, college, school or institution of higher learning respecting cooperation in the exercise of any right, power, privilege or function of a university.
