R.R.O. 1990, REGULATION 76

FEES

1.  The following fees are payable to the Crown by a commissioner appointed under section 4 of the Act:

1. For an appointment, $75.

2. For a renewal of an appointment, $50. O. Reg. 298/92, s. 1.

2.  Section 1 does not apply to the appointment or the renewal of an appointment of a commissioner who is an employee of,

(a) the Government of Canada;

(b) the Government of Ontario;

(c) a municipality in Ontario where the appointment or renewal of appointment is made upon the request of the head of the municipality; or

(d) an approved agency under the Child and Family Services Act where the appointment or renewal or appointment is made upon the request of the Ministry of Community and Social Services. R.R.O. 1990, Reg. 76, s. 2.
