Regulation respecting the minimum market capitalization of a company for the purposes of paragraph 9 of article 1339 of the Civil Code of Québec

Civil Code of Québec
 (1991, c. 64, art. 1339, par. 9)

1.   For the purposes of paragraph 9 of article 1339 of the Civil Code of Québec (1991, c. 64), the market capitalization of a company whose common shares are listed by a stock exchange recognized by the Government shall be at least 75 000 000 $.
